SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All Sawah Candle orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at SawahCandle@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.
